We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase but in the event that you are not, please email us at: jennifer@jlovemarketplace.com to let us know. We will replace any damaged or defective items. All requested returns must be submitted within 30 days after you receive your product. A refund or store credit will be issued. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. For a product to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging.
